North Central Counties Consortium

Our organization is a joint powers agency and with the counties of Colusa, Glenn, Sutter and Yuba. NCCC is also the Workforce Development Board. We work in conjunction with the America’s Job Centers in our region funded under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to provide employment and training services to both employers and job seekers which includes those most in need of services. 2 NCCC has experience in grant management and program oversight. NCCC is involved in various projects at the regional and local level and will be able to participate in committees for the CERF project.
