We Prosper Together is committed to engaging a diverse set of stakeholders and representing the full spectrum of our eight-county region.

Our Subregional Committees help identify projects that should be prioritized, develop strategies that uplift disinvested communities, inform research and data analysis, and more. The Leadership Council is the representative decision-making body of the Collaborative. Its role includes listening to recommendations put forward by the broader Collaborative, meaningfully engaging with communities in our region, applying We Prosper Together’s core values, and providing guidance on regional strategic planning. Designed to reflect the diverse geographies, perspectives, and sectors of our region, members of the Leadership Council were selected through a rigorous nomination process.
Community Ambassadors help us further our outreach to communities that have been identified for additional engagement. Sacramento Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO serves as our Labor Ambassador for the counties of El Dorado. Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo,
