WorkReady is an exploratory pre-development project designed to assess the feasibility of creating a caregiver-centered workforce pipeline in the business services sector, with a strong focus on remote and hybrid work models. It will explore both the demand from regional employers and the readiness and needs of caregivers, especially stay-at-home mothers, to transition into business service roles. The project is designed to inform next-phase implementation efforts focused on workforce development, job placement, and policy innovation.

Playzeum will assess regional employer needs and caregiver readiness to co-design remote job pathways in Business Services—developing tools, partnerships, and forums that bridge disinvested communities with quality careers.
