The form’s purpose is to gather information on project ideas in the region, enabling us to see the landscape of ongoing initiatives and identify common themes or potential areas for collaboration. Cataloging project ideas helps us understand the breadth of initiatives being proposed, identify areas of focus, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with regional goals and priorities.
We welcome submissions of various projects across different sectors that adhere to the California Jobs First core objectives of equity, environmental sustainability, job creation and accessibility. Examples of applicable project ideas include, but are not limited to: technical assistance programs, paid apprenticeship or internship programs, infrastructure repair and upgrades, sustainable agriculture, and educational services.
No. Completion of the form is not a step towards applying for funding, nor does it guarantee funding through the California Jobs First initiative.
Your submission will be used to create an inventory of ongoing and proposed projects in the region, identify common themes or areas of overlap, prioritize initiatives, and explore opportunities for collaboration among stakeholders.

The Leadership Council is a 40+ member group with representation from all 8-counties, along with additional seats to uplift voices of local Tribal and labor communities. The project inventory form helps inform the work of the Leadership Council as they identify priority regional strategies and develop project criteria for Catalyst Fund projects. Our Subregional Committees offer greater opportunity for community outreach and engagement within each of the four subregions that make up the greater We Prosper Together region. Input gathered from stakeholders and community members at subregional roundtables is reported back to the We Prosper Together team to inform the Leadership Council and support decision-making efforts.
