We are industry experts who know the strengths the region and who can leverage resources to mobilize partners. Members of our team possess a diverse set of expertise in workforce development, training, and recruiting. Founder and CEO, Coleen Morehead, EdD, possesses over 25 years of experience workforce development, career technical education and business development. As CEO/Founder of Cyber Proud, a Sacramento based 501(c)3, our team will also serve as a conduit to employers and industry sectors focused on technology and cybersecurity.
