Los Rios Community College District (LRCCD)

Los Rios Community College District (Los Rios) is a two-year California community college district comprising four colleges serving the greater Sacramento area, including American River College, Cosumnes River College, Folsom Lake College, and Sacramento City College, and outreach centers in Davis, El Dorado County, McClellan Park, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, and Natomas. The Center of Excellence for Labor Market Research is one of nine centers that are part of the Workforce and Economic Development Division to study California’s regional economies. The Los Rios Community College District focuses on increasing student access and success through enhanced teaching and learning opportunities and expanding the district’s role in workforce development. Our vision is to transform the lives of students and enhance the vitality of our region. Our mission is to provide a vibrant learning environment that empowers all students to achieve their educational and career goals. COE produces reports and tools to help community colleges tailor their programs to support the state’s dynamic and competitive workforce.
