Sacramento Building Healthy Communities

Our organization supports the empowerment and engagement of individuals and organizations, to build collaborative partnerships, and helps to create a big picture for improving the most vulnerable communities in Sacramento County. Along with collaborative partners, we address policy and systems changes issues impacting health care access, racial equity, housing, transportation and education. SacBHC has established a power-building ecosystem encompassing advocacy and policy, narrative change, and organizing and base-building as core capacities, skills, and expertise.
