On July 7 2022, Valley Vision held We Prosper Together's first Backbone Support & Governance Subcommittee meeting. The meeting included a presentation with an overview of the California Jobs First (CERF) program and governance structure examples.

On July 12, 2022, Valley Vision held a workshop with the Data, Research, and Evaluation Subcommittee. The meeting included a presentation with an overview of the California Jobs First (CERF) program and established the foundation for the DRE Subcommittee.

On July 13, 2022, Valley Vision held a workshop with We Prosper Together's Capacity-Building and Technical Assistance Subcommittee. The meeting included a presentation with an overview of the California Jobs First (CERF) program and established the foundation for the CB&TA Subcommittee.

On July 13, 2022, Valley Vision held the We Prosper Together's Community Engagement Subcommittee Workshop. The meeting included a presentation with an overview of the California Jobs First (CERF) program and established the foundation for the Community Engagement Subcommittee.

On July 14, 2022, Valley Vision held the second meeting for We Prosper Together's Backbone Support & Governance Subcommittee. The meeting included a presentation in which Valley Vision shared our proposed governance structure and then solicited feedback from the group through discussion.
