Our Governance Structure

We Prosper Together is committed to engaging a diverse set of stakeholders and representing the full spectrum of our eight-county region.

How We’re Structured

With the Collaborative, a Leadership Council, and Valley Vision serving as the backbone, We Prosper Together is rooted in the expertise and ideas of the communities that make up our region and grounded by shared values.

Our Collaborative

We Prosper Together is driven by a diverse collaborative of organizations, businesses, government entities, community members, and other stakeholders from across the region, representing a wide array of communities, industries, locations, and demographics.

Leadership Council

The Leadership Council is the representative decision-making body of the Collaborative. Its role includes listening to recommendations put forward by the broader Collaborative, meaningfully engaging with communities in our region, applying We Prosper Together’s core values, and providing guidance on regional strategic planning. Learn more about the role and responsibilities of the Leadership Council.

Designed to reflect the diverse geographies, perspectives, and sectors of our region, members of the Leadership Council were selected through a rigorous nomination process.
